for business improvement. It covers a diverse range of topics
from principles of change management, through strategic change
to cultural considerations. |

programme of 35 optional learning hours is intended as a guide
for middle to senior management aiding them in the creation
of an effective strategy for sustainable business improvement.
It covers issues that must be understood and considered in order
to ensure the strategy and supporting plans are robust and sufficiently
challenging to move the organisation forward. |

Change Leader |
This
programme of 40 optional learning hours is intended as a guide
for middle management aiding them in driving deployment of the
sustainable improvement strategy and effectively motivating
their people during the forthcoming changes. |

Change Manager |
This
programme of 53 optional learning hours is intended as a guide
for those appointed as Change Managers, aiding them in facilitating
the deployment of the sustainable improvement strategy and effective
communicating and engaging with employees at all levels during
the forthcoming changes. |

This
programme of 28 optional learning hours is intended as a guide
for junior to middle managers, aiding them in the development
and use of business performance monitoring and improvement tools/techniques
that are critical in supporting the achievement of the business
