Description
Whilst the first programme seeks to resolve problem this is only
the first phase for having created a vacuum negative energy
needs replacing with positive energy.
This change and development programme therefore has been specifically
designed to focus on processes that will improve the work environment
and consequently enhance organisational productivity.

This improvement programme has the following learning modules:

Information e.g. gathering, using
Application e.g. quality & performance improvement
These learning modules are supported by an integrated approach
to change:
a stress in the organisation online survey
to pinpoint the extent and nature of the problem
individual online 360 assessments to identify those
individuals who would most benefit from additional learning
optional blended and facilitated workshops to enthuse
and support initiatives
establish (online) Goals and Personal Action Plans
linked to organisational objectives and projects
knowledge tests to provide a measure of need and learning
attainment
The result of this integrated approach is to produce more knowledgeable,
skilful and capable people, and a healthier and more productive
organisational climate.
Objectives
These two programmes are designed to increase individual and corporate
productivity by looking at and relieving Stress in the Workplace.
In so doing we recognize that the knowledge provided will underpin
diverse individual user and corporate objectives. However in the
generic each programme strives to:
Underpin change initiatives in culture, behaviour and attitude
Provide an objective assessment of knowledge
To provide knowledge and confidence in dealing with a multitude
of situations
Promote self development, self testing and self assessment

To provide in-depth knowledge the programme contains 67 online
learning hours.
It is for the Corporate client and the trainer/consultant to agree
upon the extent of tutor and consultant support services required,
when and at what cost.
