We offer TRADE DISCOUNTS - please ask us for a supplier agreement.

1. Basic Portal Plan - Learning resources

Portal Plans are designed for clients wanting a high volume of learning for a heavily discounted price. The start point is 3 business disciplines giving access to circa 15 certified courses for upto 20 users for £1018. This computes to circa £50 per person, per annum for upto 266 CPD hours i.e. circa 19 pence per person, per annum, per hour.

At the top end of the scale clients can acquire access to all 11 Business Disciplines OR all 400+ ebriefings - totaling 800 CPD hours for 2000 registered users.

This computes to less than ONE PENNY, per person, per annum, per hour.

The basic portal plan is for 12 months, renewal is automatic (unless notice is served 3 months prior to the contract expiry date).

User facilities - users have access to the purchased Certificates via their Skills Library + Goal Setting & Action Planning + CPD & Detailed Reports + their Skillcard

Group Controller facilities - controllers have a user licence creation tool + access to ALL their user's - CPD & Detailed Reports and Goals & Action Plans + a Group Registration faciliy to register users on learning content

Implementation support - telephone help line for Group Controllers + one site visit (subject to a MOQ of 150 users)

2. Extended Portal Plan - Diagnostic Support Tools

If the Basic Portal buyer would like to pay a modest premium of just £350 per month then they receive:

Surveys - FREE access to 8 generic surveys
Knowledge Tests - FREE access to 12 generic skill areas
360 Assessments - FREE access to 12 generic skill areas - each with generic competencies
Performance Manager - FREE appraisal sceduler (due October 2011)
ILM Qualifications - a 30% discount of our list price (learning content only)
ILM Customisation - FREE course setup and branding - minimum of 6 students (Award excl)
System support services - FREE upto a value of £500 pa

NB: Extended Portals are for 36 months, renewal is automatic (unless notice is served 3 months prior to the contract expiry date) and payment is via a monthly standing order. MOQ 150 users all with 5 Business Disciplines.

3. Advanced Portal Plan - Self Sufficiency

This is an alternative plan upgrade for the Basic Portal buyer. The deal is for a modest £500 per month they receive ALL the extra Extended Portal offerings PLUS

eBriefing Authoring - FREE creation tool
eProgramme Authoring - FREE creation tool - in development
Workshop management - FREE in-house course booking and scheduling - in development
ILM Qualifications - a 50% discount of our list price (learning content only)
ILM Customisation - FREE course setup and branding - minimum of 6 students (Award excl)
System support services - FREE upto a value of £750 pa

NB: Advanced Portals are for 60 months, renewal is automatic (unless notice is served 3 months prior to the contract expiry date) and payment is via a monthly standing order. MOQ 1000 users all with 11 Business Disciplines.

4. Optional Start-up Pack

For a one off start-up fee of just £300 the client will receive the following:

HTML Code - for installation on their own website
Customised Banner - for site branding (client supplied = 110 pixels deep X 800 pixels wide)
User registration - automatic licence creation (from a client supplied CSV file)
Reporting groups - extra reporting groups (min 75 users per group & max 10 groups)

5. Optional System Support Services

Create Surveys - £60 per 20 questions or part thereof (client to supply)
Create Knowledge Tests - £100 per 50 questions or part thereof drawn from our question banks - or £60 per 20 client supplied questions
Create Role & Competencies - £80 per role with 20 competencies or part thereof
Create Branded Certificate programmes - £150 per programme drawing upon our ebriefings
Site Visits - £100 per onsite hour or part thereof + expences (minimum 2 hours)

6. Optional Trainer Support services

The provison of these services and the payment terms agreed is confidential between the client & their selected trainer. NB: we are happy to work with your prefered trainers, or our trainer partner network, to provide any of these additional support services:

Designing Survey questionnaires and producing reports & recommendations
Design Job Roles & Competencies and conduct appraisals (e.g. 360)
Marking assessments (e.g. ILM)
Delivering Workshops or other face-to-face support activities (if reqd)
Design Knowledge Tests and provide feedback
Setting user goals and PDP's
Managing user course or ebriefing registrations
Producing and downloading reports
