  • Managing Sustainability - Covers: the need, making it happen, practical matters and creating the sustainable corporation.

  • Assessing Risk - Covers: Risk Assessment, improving understanding of risk, its management and its practice.

  • Managing Harmoniously - Dealing with complaints and conflicts in a positive result orientated way fashioned to protect human relations and the organisations' best interests.
