A certified course comprises a series of e-briefings which
range from 1 - 4 hours of learning material. On average there
are 6.6 e-briefings for each course, which provides a range

3. What are CPD Hours?
CPD hours stands for Continued Professional Development and

This is a composite of certificate courses carefully selected
to achieve a good cross section of learning material across
a particular business discipline. The 56 certificates have
been compiled into 11 business disciplines see
courses
5. What is a portal plan?
A Portal Plan is an extremely cost effective HRD solution
for an employer to implement and manage a training programme
for its employees. Entry point requires the purchase of any
3 the 11 business disciplines which gives up to 20 students
access to, on average, 15 certified courses, depending on
the disciplines chosen. See portal

Please refer to system features
to gain an appreciation of the range of LMS business facilities
that can be made available to employers buying into Portal

Our Portal Plan matrix extends to the purchase of 11 business
disciplines through 7 student bands to 2000 employees. Payment

on a monthly basis. We will be pleased to take any enquiries
for those organisations who have learning needs in excess

Yes, if you choose to register for each ebriefing the system
will start emailing you one bite per day with a link to take

11. Is there an audit trail?
Yes - continual assessment ensures learning along the way.
Our system utilises such things as Skill Card, which outlines
individual student progress; as well as a range of reports
which include CPD tracking on student groups within an organisation.
The HRD Learning Management System (LMS) ensures all tasks,
modules, quizzes etc. are recorded in order for a line manager
or supervisor to check the compliance of all participants.
With the facility of specifying data ranges, this creates
an audit trail for the organisation, for any appropriate period
the employer may choose, for all staff who take part in the
e-learning.

planning facility under your Records Tab. In addition goals
and action plans can be set for you by your line manager or
3rd party assessor if you are on a portal plan.
16. Can I obtain accreditation for any non-accredited
learning?
Yes, in many cases ebriefings on non-accredited programmes
are linked to units in the ILM qualifications. This means
if you progress from a certified course to an ILM qualification
then relevant CPD hours are carried forward.
