PORTAL PLANS

We custom build Portal Plans for corporate clients.

If your organisation is considering this option then we request the opportunity to meet you to discuss your requirement. This could result in the creation of a trial licence to enable you to review the system and selected courses before placing an order.

CERTIFIED COURSES

Certified courses can be purchased by Individual's and by Organisations.

We have attached our standard course order form where your requirement is limited to a few users or a few courses - please Click-here - alternatively please use your own purchase order form.

Where your requirement is more substantial then please write see attached CSV or Excel file on whichever purchase order form you use before emailing it to us.

NB2: This file to list the user first name, last name, email address, and the course(s) required by each user.

Upon receipt we will create user licences and then email to you confirmation details along with our invoice for your attention within 14 days - for organisational bookings.

For individual students we require payment in full with order.

ILM QUALIFICATIONS

Individual Student

For an individual buying an ILM qualification then please complete and return to us the ILM student registration form - please Click here

where you see this sign on any ILM qualification detail page then for an individual (or a registered charity) making a purchase then our discounted Payment Plan will apply:

1. A discount equivalent to VAT
2. A 20% advance payment with order
3. A monthly standing order for the balance
- Any qualification under £200 to be paid in full with order
- Qualifications between £200 and £400 to be paid in 6 months
- Qualifications between £400 and £700 to be paid in 9 months
- Qualifications over £700 to be paid in 12 months

NB3: Upon receipt of your registration form and advanced payment we will register you on the course, and with the ILM, and provide you with account details for the standing order

NB4: The order must be paid for in full before the ILM Certificate can be awarded

NB5: Where this flag is NOT displayed then we require payment in full with order.

Organisational purchase

For an organisation placing an order for ILM qualifications then we need:

1. Our standard course order form or your organisation's purchase order form +
2. CSV or Excel file IF the requiement is comlexed or large in volume +
3. an ILM student registration form for each student

Upon receipt we will register your users on their qualification and with the ILM and then email to you confirmation details along with our invoice for your attention within 14 days.
