STRUCTURE
Length - most surveys have 20 Questions - but customized
Survey's are unlimited
Question types - questionnaires offer users the following
question types:
a) Multiple choice - any one answer from numerous provided
b) Multiple selection - any number of answers from those provided
c) Text response - user submits their own narrative in response
to a question
Security - each questionnaire is linked to a Business Group
to control access
Demographics - generic & specialist survey's come with
pre-determined demographics - BUT customized survey demographics
can reflect the organization
OUTPUTS
Two results files are available:
1. User - this itemizes the responses made to each question
by each user
2. Summary - this summarises the number of responses given
to each possible answer for every question for profiling /
graphing etc (type 3 excepted)
Outputs are downloaded to CSV files and sent to the client
or the client's nominated consultant tasked with interpreting
and reporting on results
NB: outputs will be for either the client Business Group
or individual sub-groups, covering for example region or division,
if that is what the client requires.
