It is not always easy to measure the effectiveness of

verification tests can be included and each test builds a
personal online training schedule based on the test results.
The whole elearning programme is driven by "push learning
technology" - a pre-programmed time based series of emails
to inform the user of what is involved in the elearning session,
e.g. where they are, what they need to do, how long they have,
what comes next and when, etc. Also emailed are elearning
corrective bites, test results, assignments, etc.
TestEds - can be thought of as mini-eprogrammes
- they are subject based, linked to generic competence appraisals,
and are more flexible in handling multiple tests and historical
test results
